Unable to Print Double Sided Pages

Issue:

When going to print something, the box to select print on both sides is greyed out and can not be selected:



Solution:

1. Remote into user's machine and use the taskbar to go into Settings.



2. In Settings, use the search bar and search for 'Printers & Scanners' and then click into it.



3. Select the printer that the user is having trouble with and navigate to 'Printer Properties'



4. A new window will pop up; select the 'Device Settings' tab at the top.



5. Navigate to the 'Duplex Print Module' and ensure that it is installed. (This will require an Admin by Request prompt)



7. Reboot the software they were attempting to print from and then have them run a test print to ensure that it was enabled correctly.
