Issue:
You have a new phone and need to re-setup MFA.
Solution:
1. Open a web browser on your PC or laptop and navigate to
Office 365. Sign into your Finley account (you may be logged in already).
2. In the top right corner of the screen, you should see your picture. Click it, and then select 'View Account'.
3. This will open a new window. Select the 'Security Info' tab on the left hand side of the screen.
4. If it prompts you to use your phone's Authenticator app to gain access and you are unable to, contact IT for help. Otherwise, locate your old phone in the list of devices and select 'Delete' to remove it from the list.
5. Now, on your new phone, download and enter into the Microsoft Authenticator mobile app. This should bring up a list of emails that are utilizing the MFA. Locate your Finley email address and click into it.
6. In the top right corner there should be a settings cog wheel. Tap it and then select 'Remove Account' and then choose 'Yes this app only'.
7. From this point, you should be able to do the standard MFA setup. Check out this guide for more information on that process.
