How to Get Started with ChatGPT (Approved Users Only)


  • Accept email invite to join ChatGPT

 

  • Log in at chatgpt.com using “email address” option and enter in your finleyusa.com email address

 

 

    • Select “Finley Engineering” (may say Finley Consulting Team temporarily) and sign in

 

 

 

  • IF YOU HAVE AN EXISTING CHATGPT ACCOUNT LINKED TO YOUR FINLEY EMAIL YOU WILL BE PROMPTED TO MIGRATE YOUR ACCOUNT

 

    • SELECT TRANSFER EXISTING CHAT HISTORY AND GPTS

 

    • SELECT CONFIRM TRANSFER TO MIGRATE DATA TO NEW ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT (SELECTING EXPORT AND DELETE WILL DELETE YOUR CHAT HISTORY BEFORE MIGRATING YOUR ACCOUNT)

  • Approval Process: Any new AI tool or system must undergo review and approval before adoption. Submit review requests to helpdesk@finleyusa.com.
  • Data Security & Privacy: Employees must not input sensitive or confidential information into AI systems / applications.
  • Responsible AI Use: AI tools should be used to enhance productivity and decision-making, but human oversight remains essential.
  • Ethical Considerations: AI should be used in a manner that aligns with our ethical standards and avoids bias or discrimination.
  • Compliance Requirements: AI usage must adhere to applicable legal, regulatory, and company-specific compliance frameworks.
