Short Teams Ring Time

Short Teams Ring Time

If you are experiencing issues with Teams ringing for too short a period of time before going to voicemail, you can follow the directions below to update your voicemail settings to allow for more time before the caller is forwarded to voicemail.

1. Go to Settings > Calls. Select Calls ring me.

2. Next to If unanswered, click the dropdown and select Voicemail.

3. Under Ring for this many seconds before redirecting, select one of the dropdown options (10-60 seconds).

Note: A longer ring duration allows you to answer calls before they go to voicemail.
