VPN Issues - 'Service is not responding!' Error

If you encounter the error below stating that the Netextender Service is not running, please follow the steps below to resolve.

 


1.) Click on the arrow to open your system tray and find NetExtender



2.) Right-click on the NetExtender icon and select Exit


      3.) Click on the start button and type in Services, then hit enter or click the services shortcut.


      4.) When the Services window pops up, scroll down until you find Sonicwall Netextender Service.  Right click on the name and choose the Start option on the left.  



5.) Close out of the Services window and attempt to log into the Netextender again.  If you still encounter issues, contact IT via email at helpdesk@finleyusa.com or submit a ticket via the Help Center
